What we collect

Information you give us when ordering or contacting us — name, email, phone, billing and shipping address — and order details. Payment is handled by Stripe; we receive confirmation and the last four digits of your card, never the full card number. We also collect limited technical data (e.g. IP address, device/browser) needed to run and secure the site.

How we use it & legal basis

To process and deliver orders and provide support (performance of a contract); to meet legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation); and, where you have opted in, to send updates (consent). We do not sell your data.

Sharing

We share data only with processors who help us operate — including Stripe (payments), Supabase (order data hosting), our hosting provider, and couriers for delivery — under appropriate data-processing terms.

Retention

We keep order and transaction records for as long as required for legal and tax purposes (typically six years), and other data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.

Your rights
