Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase from Taylor Cunningham, sole trader, trading as Proper Peptides (“we”, “us”), a United Kingdom based supplier of laboratory research reagents. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Research use only

All products are sold strictly as laboratory reagents for in-vitro research and development only. They are not medicines, supplements, cosmetics or food, and are not for human or veterinary consumption, administration, or any in-vivo use. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a recommendation to use any substance in or on the body. We make no claim that any product can diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and purchasing solely for legitimate laboratory or in-vitro research. You do not need to be a company, institution or otherwise “qualified researcher” to order — members of the public aged 18 or over may buy, provided the purchase is genuinely for research use. By ordering you confirm you meet these requirements and that you will handle, store and dispose of products in accordance with all applicable laws and good laboratory practice.

3. Acceptable use & your responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that purchase, possession and use of any product is lawful in your jurisdiction and for using appropriate safety precautions. You agree not to resell, supply or represent any product for human consumption. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are in GBP. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and the price shown is the price you pay for the goods. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order. We may correct any obvious pricing error before dispatch.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver to Great Britain only. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes), Jersey (JE), Guernsey (GY) or the Isle of Man (IM). Shipping is £4.99 on orders under £120 and free on orders of £120 or more. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Your right to cancel and receive a refund is set out in our Returns & Refunds page, including your statutory cancellation rights as a consumer. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any loss arising from misuse of a product, from any use other than the permitted research use, or from your failure to comply with applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. Questions: support@properpeptides.shop.
